Hi Everyone,
Well, we got out of town right on time tuesday morning and rode all the way to Laughlin Nevada.  The temps were well over a gazillion degrees but we were having so much fun we didn't even notice.  Actually the hydration vests were what saved the day.  Any how, we spent the night in Laughlin at the Edgewater Hotel and Flora and I actually won about a hundred bucks on the tables woo hoo! I had no wifi service so we couldn't post anything last night.  This morning, Wednesday we pulled out at about 7am headed for the Grand Canyon and Sedona then to Flagstaff for the night.  We had a great ride and even though rain was predicted along the way we saw none.  We stopped in Seligman on Old Route 66 for a rest and fuel stop, neat little town.  Then on to Grand Canyon Village.  We went to the cafe' to have a little chow and it started to rain.  And it rained really hard for about half an hour while we just waited it out.  The storm passed and we moved out to have a nice ride through the park and on to Hwy 89.  We were going to take 89 down to 89A which goes out to Sedona but we ran out of time so we had to leave Sedona off the route today.  Back to Flagstaff, checked into the motel, out to a nice Mexican meal and now back to play internet.  We've had two great days of riding and we are over 750 miles so far.  I'm going to post a few pictures from Laughlin and the Grand Canyon.  Tomorrow we pull out toward Farmington New Mexico, and as long as I have internet access I'll give another report tomorrow.
